U-Press Apple Cider

Fresh apple cider for the 2025 season included with admission is a communal hand on experience pressing cider on vintage presses.

We will have crates of cider apples that have been hand-selected by our Willowbrook team for the cider press. Collaboratively, you will get to pick apple for the hand-crank the press, breaking down the apples into pieces. It takes thirteen pounds of apples to press one half-gallon of cider, this year the crop was not heavy enough to press apple cider to go.

There will be fresh Oak Glen apple cider for purchase in the general store, the perfect way to enjoy Fall on the farm!
