Contract & Payment Schedule

Contract must be completed within 3 weeks of booking.

Payment Schedule:

  • 210 days before – 1/3 payment due
  • 150 days before – 1/3 payment due
  • 60 days before – 1/3 payment due

*Any last-minute additions require a cash payment on rehearsal day.

Rehearsal Day

The day of the rehearsal depends on the availability of our ceremony area. We will always do our best to accommodate your schedule. A time slot of 1 hour and 15 minutes will be given.

Time Frames

All weddings will have the following schedule:

11:00 am Bridal Parties may arrive

4:00 pm Ceremony start time

9:00 pm End of Reception

9:45 pm All guests must be off-site

Guests can arrive as early as 30 minutes prior to ceremony start time.

*We only schedule one event per day so you and your guests have our full attention.

Standard Price

Up to 5 hours

Additional hour available, with a max of 6 hours total

Extra time:

  • Ceremony & Reception – $900/hour
  • Bridal Party – $45/hour

If additional time is requested, event will start earlier

Contract & Payment Schedule

Reservation & Venue Engagement Fee – $2,500

Non-refundable venue engagement fee to hold date. This goes towards the cost of the wedding.

Cleaning & Damage Deposit – $350

100% refundable deposit upon completing a successful inspection after the event.

Fire Pit with S’mores – $10/person

1 hour of the Reception can be spent around our fire pit with access to a S’mores bar.

*Options of candy include Hershey’s Chocolate, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, York Peppermint Patties and Milky Way Bars.

Lawn Games – $100

Cornhole, Ladderball, Giant 4 in-a-row
